The Giron Story
Established in March, 2007. Giron's has long had community ties to Brookfield. The Giron Family has resided in Brookfield since the early 1970's. Ourmenu has been a trial and error collaboration for more than 30 years. Faustino Giron has been a chef and owner in the Chicagoland area, for most of those 30 years. He studied under some of the cities finest chefs for more than 10 years, before establishing the first of 8 different restaurants in 1984. Giron's Italian Ristorante is the latest creation establishing roots in familiar surroundings.
